Vision Developments has announced the launch of two new residential projects in Dubai: REEM, located in the Liwan area, and SOUL, situated in Dubai Production City. The projects mark the company’s continued expansion across promising locations in the emirate and its commitment to providing accessible, high-quality housing solutions.
The REEM development is strategically located near Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City, providing residents with convenient access to some of Dubai’s leading educational and technology hubs. The project comprises a residential building with ground-floor retail space spanning 8,100 square feet, offering a blend of residential and commercial functionality. It features one parking floor, eight residential floors, and a rooftop (G+P+8F+R), and includes a total of 198 spacious residential units, designed to cater to modern urban lifestyles.

Construction work has already begun, and both REEM and SOUL are expected to be handed over by Q4 2026.

Ongoing developments include Pearls, Celine, Coral, DGM, and Vision 5 Tower. Combined, these projects span more than 2 million square feet and offer a total of 1,193 residential units, of which 487 units have already been delivered.
A major factor behind Vision Developments’ consistent performance is its in-house construction arm, Vision Construction, which ensures high-quality execution and timely delivery.
